I went to Kenosha Urgent care for a cough that would not go away after having influenza A. It was a wonderful experience from check in to check out. Staff was comforting and very quick. I am happy to have meds to help me get through this before the holiday. I will definitely use this urgent care again!
Everyone was wonderful! From the receptionist to the Nurse Practitioner, they all patiently listened to my needs. I have gone to another urgent care clinic to feel better. Something that I just keep being told is "just a virus" is super frustrating when I'm literally killing my liver with NyQuil just to get some rest is insane. The NP, Daniel Russell, was absolutely amazing. I didn't catch the Nurse's name prior to him but she was wonderful as well! She listened to everything that has been going on and took the time to do proper vitals. She answered every question I had, honestly and truthfully without seeming like I was a bother. Daniel had read all the notes and communicated with his team before coming into the room and I didn't have to explain myself twice when I already don't have much of a voice. He figured out what was going on with me within 5 minutes of getting a look at my ears, nose and throat. Him and his team were absolutely amazing and I will 100% recommend him and his staff every and any time I or others need help with an illness that OTC medicine will not take care of. I wasn't just a number to them, I was a person.
The triage nurse and the doctor were both a friendly and professional. They were knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my symptoms and diagnose the issue. All in all it was a pleasant experience I was not there very long which was also nice because you don't really want to have to linger around when you're not feeling well. For minor issues I would highly recommend utilizing this facility. However they are very limited as to what services they can provide which I feel is very unfortunate considering there are a lot of amenities available given the location being inside the hospital. I'm hoping they will expand on the services that the staff are allowed to perform.
Saw an NP at urgent care. He was kind, efficient and competent, all things you'd want from a provider. The MA was also skilled and efficient. I was seen after only 15 minutes, a bonus to not have to wait a long time for care.
Was feeling very bad and decided at the last minute to go to this urgent care. I was in and out so fast everyone was nice and the woman physician assistant was thorough. I didn't really wanna give my review until I got my bill so I don't know how much I'm gonna have to pay but at least I got my medicine in a timely manner.
