This review is specifically for labor and delivery.....please train your nurses how to be more helpful and compassionate also make sure they know the rules when it comes to visitors. Make sure they know the difference between a visitor and a parent. My son was told he had to leave the room every time someone came to visit. He was already so sleep deprived so when I came to visit he left. I didn't even get to witness my 1st born son taking care of his 1st born son, I had to have pictures sent to me. I'll give it 2.5 stars for half the nurses that did their job like the one I messaged that I know to finally get the facts. At one point my son and his girlfriend were told they couldn't have visitors. Said her brother was not of age to visit but he was in fact old enough. I know with covod things are harder than ever before but that's no excuse for lack of communication and lack of knowledge.

I have a friend and coworker whose husband has cancer and was informed by his oncologist to go to Kenosha Aurora emergency room. He and his wife were informed he could only be dropped off and she would not be permitted to come in with him although his condition Should be determined as a life-threatening illness which could potential he take his life. His chemotherapy is causing him to become jaundice dehydrated inflammation in his mouth and throat he was given medication for thrush but after today's visit was informed it wasn't thrush at all during his treatment his wife was informed she could not come in with him. After reviewing your website it's determined that a second person Can assist with a complex medical condition that would need decision making. I understand the severity of the pandemic right now however these patients need support and they need to be able to count on their significant or family to help them in decision making situations when they're not in their right state of mind. Although she's a phone call away it's very disturbing that she can't be there to support her husband.

I'm being nice with 2 stars. My family dr is through aurora. I have been dealing with aurora for about 4 years now. Gynecologist didn't listen to my concerns . I saw one yesterday. I have pcos. Been dealing with it most of my life. I told the gynecologist about it. It has cause me some health problems. I asked if I could get a hysterectomy. She denied it. And tried pushing birth control on me. And I said no due to it making me sick. She mentioned that I should get iud. To help with my condition. And also I should get weight loss surgery to also help. I feel like she wasn't really listening to me. I am very unhappy With aurora. Now I'm looking for a new gynecologist

I've had both of my sons delivered here. All the doctors and the nurses I will forever be thankful for. Thank you all for everything, you saved me and my baby recently and no amount of thank yous or words will ever be enough to show my appreciation
