Holds diabetic medications from being refilled for 5+ days, won't refill. Waits till the 5th day to tell you, that your 3 month check up is due next month and that's why they are holding your medication.
Then after setting up appointment they wait an additional day or two before filling.
A diabetic that takes a generic medication, not a controlled substance. Is denied medication for 5+ days. This has happened to me twice.
Poor communication. Don't use this doctor

I wish there were a zero rating available. This doctor attempted to force me to pay for an expensive test that would not give him any more information than blood pressure and pulse rate would and refused to refill my prescription for metoprolol, which I have been taking for 8 years successfully controlling my blood pressure and heart rate. I believe this is insurance fraud at the very least. Ordering useless tests to bring in extra revenue for Mercy. I spoke with his supervisor and I will be filling a formal complaint with Mercy Health System as well as with my insurance provider as I'm sure they can look into his practice and see a pattern of this fraudulent behavior

The first time my husband came into contact with this Dr, was when my husband was hospitalized for suspicious pain in his arm and shoulder. My husband came out of the hospital diagnosed with diabetes and put on Metformin and also blood sugar testing strips and machine. This was a little over 2 years ago and in that time, Dr. Khan has taken him off the Metformin stating that if it was making him sick, he could stop taking it, then told him that he should eat wheat thins to help keep his blood sugar up longer. My husband has now gotten fixed on testing himself quite frequently and is eating wheat thins quite often, but all of a sudden at his last appt with Dr. Khan he DOES NOT have diabetes. Also, my husband has a CPAP and asked to get a new one due to his humidifier not working properly, and Dr. Khan scheduled him for an expensive sleep study, which he just had 3 yrs ago. We scheduled a second opinion with another Dr., which told us my husband never had diabetes in the first place and would do some muscle and tendon checking. Also, the Dr. gave him a prescription to receive a new CPAP for insurance purposes......All I can say is stay away from this Dr. He has cost us alot of heartache and MONEY.

When and seen Dr khan told me I don't have tumors only skin tags my headaches are not from my neck I have neurofibromatosis my whole life last 5 years or more I've been diagnosed with ehlers-danlos and I'm always in pain he cut me off almost completely of what has worked for me when I'm in a lot of pain wich is been every day I'm having to take Tylenol wich dose not help at all and with the risk of of doing more harm I've had upper GI bleeds in the past I have never abused my pain medicine when I was getting from Dr post but my condition is getting worse as I age and there's nothing that can be done except for treat the pain I've tried neurontin which was not good for me because I felt like I was drunk and it could not walk in a straight line when I was taking it and gained a lot of weight the ones that Dr post prescribed to me help with the pain so I can bear with it and I didn't feel like I was drunk or incoherent I was able to do things around the house as of right now my house is a mess because I can't do anything hardly without hurting I'm finding a former complaint against Dr Khan he should not be a doctor the way he talks and says oh hey buddy you don't have that you don't have that that's not good he's not my buddy he's supposed to be a doctor
