Prevea St. Mary's Health Center

My experience with Mackenzie Vander Bloomen was excellent. She is warm and friendly. Made me feel comfortable sharing my story. She listens and believes in shared patient decision making. We have a plan for the next few months. The office staff was very pleasant.

Both Lindsey and Dr Colligan are amazing. Both are extremely talented and professional and their skills and abilities are outstanding. Both are super nice and communication every detail. I couldn't recommend them any more for their care and abilities.

Completed my 4th colonoscopy in the last 15 years but first one ever at Prevea St. Mary's Health Center. I'm going to sum it up in 5 words. Friendly courteous knowledgeable professional and fast. Without a doubt the single best colonoscopy procedure I have ever had to experience. I felt this was not by chance that the entire team work so well and efficiently as one. They seemed to have embraced the work ethic of "Continuous Improvement" curiously.

I have complete confidence in Dr Matthew Colligan, Nurse Practioner Lindsay Cleerman, Physical Therapist Ashley Wilson, and the whole team who provided expert and comprehensive care throughout both my total knee replacements. I am a senior, 6-month post-op, and back to Zumba!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Mercier. He is kind, thoughtful, even-tempered and when listening to concerns he is quiet and consumes every word, he then acts with judiciousness, speed, and great aplomb upon what is needed specifically. He is a Gentleman, obviously very highly skilled, and a great reflection of Surgeons, Prevea St. Mary's Health Center, and the medical field in general. In addition, the supporting staff seemed to me to be a textbook example of what one would like to have on one's side during something as important as surgery, trustworthy, and highly adept. Albeit many years ago, I do have about 9 years of experience as a trauma medical specialist. I say this only to illustrate that I am not speaking from a zero baseline and do understand the criticality of each moving part in this stream. When trying to remember this remarkable staff, I have: - The lovely lady at Valet who warmly took the time to make sure I knew where to go. - The lovely lady who did my intake with fluid efficiency. - Barb - Kathy - Brad - Lauren - Lori - Dr. French - The Pastor who graciously stepped me through some important paperwork, and his counterpart, Father Sammy. If I've forgotten anyone, please forgive me as it could be my memory isn't what it used to be, over these oceans of years. They are all no less than praise-worthy. That said, I never want to see them again. - God bless
