Impossible to get through scheduling on the phone. Expect you to do the intake paperwork online, then instead of being able to park close to the department I need in the back by the cafe and go to the department and be checked in, now I have to walk all the way to the front of the hospital to be checked in by someone, have to sit and wait until someone is free to do it, then backtrack all the way to the back of the hospital to get back to where I originally needed to go. Never mind helping the patient and making it an easy experience, they focus only on what makes them the most money. Sickening to know that's where my insurance coverage is.
