I was referred to this office after a 2 day hospital visit. I recd a call to contact them to set an appt for a consult. I called 3 days in a row and for the first 2 days the phone would ring and ring and nobody answered the phone. I tried again today and I was automatically connected to the surgery center only to get a VM stating that if my call was in reference to an appt, don't leave a message as it wouldn't be returned and I chose the wrong option. I left a message anyway and told them this was my 3rd attempt to contact them and wasn't given any option to choose another dept and I expected a call back. Did I hear back? NO. Terrible place. So, now I'm checking into the same type of specialist, only at another facility other than Aurora. It's too bad where I live, the only hospital available is Aurora because if there was another choice, I'd be going there.
