Worst experience I've ever had in a hospital or clinic. My 5th floor Dr was unsympathetic and showed no care what's so ever. (Dr. R). I was not given adequate care or even helped with basic needs. I was dehydrated, constipated, and my left elbow constantly locks up. Each day I had to ask for help. My nurses were excellent but we're told I was fine and only had cramps. I didn't have any cramps. I left the hospital 4 days later with no discharge paperwork. I waited for staff but after 40 minutes I called for a ride home. My daughter brought a wheelchair to my room and proceeded to take me home. We went right by Dr. R and she didn't say one word. I look back and realize that my mental health was never even evaluated or questioned. My social worker Michaela was young and rude. Instead of helping me mentally and emotionally she added to my pain by telling me she's going to contact CPS too remove my children that I've raised for their entire life. I filed complaints on both. Horrible
I am thoroughly depressed and have severe anxiety issues and that wasn't even acknowledged. Seriously! My SSM social worker didn't even counsel me. She threatened me with CPS and gave me a sheet for dealing with my eviction notice. Wth
As I wait for surgeries I lay and sleep. Never heard a word from SSM or St. Agnes about my depression.

I have a scheduled colonoscopy For Monday. They sent me a message at 4: 15 Saying they need to go over my procedure, but they close at 4:30. I'm at work and can't possibly call back in 15 minutes when we're in the middle of a shift change.
Friday is our busiest day at work and I answer phones so I can't just call and sit and wait. Which I did twice, but had to hang up because you had me on hold for too long.
So I called and talk to an answering service who said they wanted me to call back at 8 o'clock this morning.
So I called at 8 o'clock this morning and I am sent to the answering service again.
Who takes my message and says they'll call back.
What?
Did I just spend all night doing a cleanse and they are canceling on me or what is the deal?.
When this was Saint Agnes, I never had a problem with this hospital.
I'm very confused right now with their last minute stuff and I'm ready to switch to Aurora And now cannot figure out how to send this

My Brother-in -law was in a severe car accident and taken to St Agnes emergency.. Diagnosed with a broken leg , shattered knee, and a bruised Chest . They placed a Velcro strap around his leg and only 3 hours after the accident they had us to pick him up and take him home! He was in EXTREME PAIN and they would not keep him overnight for further evaluation---So we Loading him into the car which took 1 hour, His pain was horrible. Getting him out of the car and into the house took us 1 hour .. His pain was Level 10'! So the next day He called the Ambulance to take him back to St. Agnes hospital because of the pain.. They ran another xray and found that his knee and fractured leg was worse than what they originally thought ! So They didn't feel comfortable operating on it there , so they sent him to Madison! WHY AND HOW DID THEY NOT SEE THIS IMMEDIATELY AFTER THEY ACCIDENT ! Ugh!!!!!

Everyone was so kind and caring.
When I say Everyone I mean Everyone, Doctors, nurses, food service and cleaning service.
St Agnes has the best. I felt safe, comfortable and I was happy to be part of your hospital when I was sick. Thank you.

This place screwed me over. Before I checked in, I asked if they were able to do anything regarding the reason I came into the ER, I was told yes before I checked in. After being admitted, the doctor told me that there is no help that they can provide me with there, and I was charged over $1100+ just to be told "There's nothing that I can do for you". The health care system in fond du lac is the worst I've ever been to, I DO NOT recommend. Would give 0 stars, but 1 is the lowest allowed.
