If you want speech thearpy forget it find it elsewhere. Scheduling is condescending. It does nothing for anyone. My son has been in speech thearpy for YEARS. Questioning why I want my son in speech like he doesn't need the service doesn't do ANYTHING for your business. I just need an appointment, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. Also when a patient calls and tells you they are a new patient you don't have to be rude. She looked my son up and found NO ONE. Apparently I wasn't clear when i said he has never been seen at your facility we just moved here.

The doctors my family sees are amazing. Staff can be hit and miss, but most are super friendly. The reason for the lower score is how difficult it is to get appointments here. I have been turned away countless times when trying to get my kids in for illness due to them not having enough providers. It's incredibly frustrating. I refuse to go to Bellin urgent care clinics as they are poor at best. If I didn't love my doctor so much, I would find a new clinic.I guess I'm off to Prevea since I can always get an appointment there.

I've been a patient of Dr. Novotny and his nurse, Alyssa, for three years. Dr. Novotny is by far the best GP I've ever had. He's courteous, thorough, and has a wry sense of humor. He gently pushes you to have procedures you'd rather avoid (e.g., a colonoscopy) without being overbearing. He's a treasure. Alyssa always responds quickly to questions I pose on Mychart and her vaccine administration skills are unmatched. My wife is a Prevea patient but gets all of her immunizations at Bellin East De Pere because they are, in her word, "painless".

Love this office! I struggled with Anorexia at age 14, my parents brought me to Dr.Hoyman. Out of all the medical professionals and therapists I saw she was my absolute favorite, felt like I could trust her and she sincerely cared. As a child you can feel that she really wants to help you anyway she can. Now as an adult, when deciding on a doctor for my newborn son I saw she was still here and looked no further. She's been an excellent pediatrician for my soon to be 1 y/o son as well. We also take our 11 y/o adopted nephew to Dr.Gallistel (Dr.Hoyman was booked). And she has been absolutely wonderful as well. Our nephew really seems to like her too. Only complaint: On the rare occasion Dr.Hoyman was unavailable, I had to get in when my infant had the flu and we saw Dr. Kellner....... I don't have anything positive to say about him. He came off extremely arrogant, when my sons flu test came back positive and I said "I thought that's what he had" the doctor loudly called me out and said "IF YOU KNEW WHAT HE HAD WHY DID YOU EVEN COME IN?! ARE YOU A DOCTOR? CAN YOU TEST FOR THR FLU TOO?!". I work for dentists and this guy has typical doctorate syndrome..... I went to school for 8+ years so treat me like a God, and I'm better than you. I deal with that at work on occasion and DO NOT APPRECIATE IT when I'm bringing my child in. I will go somewhere else before seeing that "Godly Doctor" again. Besides him the rest of the nurses, assistants and office staff have all been very helpful and wonderful as well.

Dr Theado is great! If it wasn't for him I wouldn't even set foot into a bellin location. Terrible customer service in every other aspect from the moment you step inside. The "receptionist" treat you like you're an inconvenience and their idea of customer service is absolutely horrid and non existent. I switched my pediatrician and that is the only reason why we set foot into a Bellin. I was hoping to switch myself to a Bellin Dr as well but after my first two interactions with this place I'll just continue to see my Dr at Aurora for my needs. So disappointed in every aspect EXCEPT with Dr. Theado.
