Aurora Health Center

The office staff are pretty nice - especially the staff at the Behavioral Health desk. Unfortunately, it can be tricky to find an appointment opening, but they always do their best to get you in if it's an emergency. There's also quite the waitlist if you're a new patient for behavioral health and my doctor cancelled appointments often with less than 24 hr notice. Seems pretty nuts considering they charge you if you cancel on such short notice.

For many years I have been with Aurora. I have a great doctor just the sad part is the accounts department. So November 2021 I had an appointment and my medical insurance covered the appointment just to find out in August 2022 "yes 9 months later" they did not cover $82.00. September 13 "1 month later" I get a call from a collection agency to inform me that Aurora handed me over for not paying!!!! Yes they gave me 1 month!!!

Love Dr.Chaturvedi... but considering switching providers. I was trying to make an appointment for my son. Took the lady forever looking for an appointment then had to put me hold for some reason, then when she came back on she didn't say a word, just hung up. Called back and after I said what happened they acted like they couldn't hear me and hung up again! So frustrating. Making an appointment shouldn't be so hard. Makes me not want to deal with them anymore.

Aurora has great care for everyone. They have good or great therapy. Brianne and terry are great therapy rehabilitation. I have great care from all the people and doctors mostly. I only thing i hate there is the policy. You miss 3 appointments in a row. They will not see you again. It should be up to the doctors. That's who your paying. Its not like you owe thousand of dollars. They need to change it.

I've gone here for several years and I've never had a problem scheduling anything. The OBGYN was very kind and that helped me to feel not so bad, cause we all hate THOSE appointments! I also have never had to wait long for an appointment and was able to move an appointment today that I scheduled for October to this Friday, September 15.
