My mom went to ER last night staff was fantastic. However her cardiologist office was supposed to call her back after she called this morning to see what can be done about her breathing issues and fluid buildup. We've been waiting all day for a callback. I understand there's other patients but this is my mom and it's hard watching her anxiety flare up because she's scared that she's going to have to go back to ER because nobody has contacted us. I'm more than annoyed at this point.The hospital needs to do better.UPDATE ITS 8PM AND NOBODY CALLED HER BACK.IM RAISING HELL TOMORROW.
