If I could give ten stars I would. I don't remember most of my stay here at the hospital but I have no complaints at all. When a facility saves your life all the small stuff don't matter anymore. I will always have respect for this hospital they saved my life my children get to keep there Mom because of the care and life saving measures given by the doctors and staff here. The doctors are extremely smart and all the nurses were very kind to me. I appreciate the care given to me thank you guys so very very much!

My husband died because the ER didn't take his head trauma seriously when he arrived, despite that I told them he was on two blood thinners. They waited until he passed out and it was too late. (The reply from Thedacare just now was laughable. Believe me, they have been contacted. Eight months ago, they promised an investigation. They don't return my VMs. Just wrote a letter to the Frodtert/Theda NE President. We'll see if that works.

I've had the unfortunate privilege of advocating for loved ones in many hospital settings across several states in both more rural and urban settings, and the 7th floor staff at this facility made advocating for our loved one's care largely unnecessary. They have been extremely responsive, attentive, and kind throughout the entire week+ we have spent here. I have been thoroughly impressed with the level of care provided through this team.

I am very satisfied with the service given even though I am an foreigner. Very friendly and work with full dedication. Thank you to all the staff and doctors who treated me.

Terrible care, father was here and they wanted to run MRI but they couldn't find information on the spinal cord stimulator implanted in his back. Medical system was clueless and put near zero effort in research to help. They wanted to keep him there forever until someone found out. It has been weeks and we still haven't gotten a call. They didn't give him medication on time, we had to call and ask for it, never fed him and we had to call for meals which were delivered hours later and not correct. No information provided to us on interactions of drugs they did give him against drugs he is taking which are in his MyChart. Dangerous place to go for help, I would never recommend this hospital. If family wasn't there most of the time to remind staff to do there jobs who knows what would have happened. I'd like to add we weren't reminding staff on the minute a meal or meds were needed. We'd wait an hour at times thinking they might be busy but they never came. When they did come they didn't apologize or suggest that they were ever planning on coming in the first place.
