With locations throughout Northeastern Wisconsin, we are proud to stay at the forefront of medicine by providing a full array of advanced cardiac treatment and testing services in hospitals and office settings, including our new Heart Institute located at 5045 W. Grande Market Drive, near the Fox River Mall. Services include coronary artery disease, arrhythmia, heart disease, heart failure, hypertension, prevention, and peripheral artery disease. Soon, we will also offer onsite cardiac catheterization, ablation and pacemaker implantation.

I saw Dr Chapman recently and absolutely love her. She walked into my first appointment knowing my history extensively and I was very impressed. She listened intently and made great recommendations, provided reassurance and validation of what I was experiencing. She assured me she is now part of my medical team and that felt great to hear. She is very hard to get into but definitely worth the wait. Cannot recommend her highly enough.
My appointment went smoothly, the process was easy. The staff was very friendly and informative. Great place.
Very pleased with care staff gives ..my Mom needed appointment and they worked hard to ensure she was first on standby list for quicker appointment. Nurses and front desk care specialists are kind and treat us with respect. Dr. Wilson has always been great to both my parents.
If I could give less stars I would. I was seen by Dr. Roselaar. He did not seem to care about my debilitating conditions and actively dismissed my concerns. Im not sure if its being Im young but I left extremely disappointed and am still sick and getting worse. He did agree to run some basic tests which mostly came back normal but not all of them were performed to their full extent. Key pieces were left out of my tilt table test. Normally you do a tilt table and a stress test and i had to BEG just to get the tilt table. That being said without both components you dont get the whole story and i was told -even though I experienced my symptoms- that the results were inconclusive so Im fine. In addition he significantly overstepped his bounds when he dismissed my EDS diagnosis because I do not have 1 of the many many symptoms. I have since been fully diagnosed with eds by a rheumatologist just to spite him. Unfortunately I still dont have a cardiologist as I refuse to go back to a place that lacks care and education.
Wonderful medicine! Dr Mannebach is excellent with listening, understanding and finding the right solutions for me. His staff have always been pleasant and personable. I feel as though I have value when speaking with them. Highly recommend!
