Patient
The lab draw itself was a five. But there is still a problem with the kiosk sign in with the extra Medicare questions. Some answers are pre answered and some are not. Touching the appropriate response may or may not result in the desired response. Only trial and error gives a hint that orange indicates the desired response. Blue and orange are both colors and there is no clear indication of which color represents the recorded response. Why not leave the buttons all clear and only give color to a response that is chosen? This has been going on for at least several years with no change. The Admitting clerks know there is a problem because they end up going through all of the questions with frustrated patients who get error messages at the kiosk. The process currently is not intuitive. Please fix this.
