Dr. Chui billing department is billing me 77.00 for reading an EKG that I did NOT request him to read. I went to the ER on August 18th at wheeling wheeling. He supposedly read the EKG on August the 19th. I did not even get to see a DR at wheeling hospital because the wait time was too long after 30 minutes of me waiting in a filled ER room with a heart that wasn't beating correctly I drove to Weirton Medical Center where I was promptly seen and treated. So.
#1 this doctor never saw me
#2 he looked at an EKG 24 hours after it was taken
#3 I did NOT ask him to review it.
#4 I left the ER which is a clear indication that no further services were requested or required by the patient and they are still trying to bill for services that were not sought!! That's called FRAUD.

Fraud. Billing me for services and office visits that NEVER happened. Plus billing as such my insurnace won't pay it because there was no prior authorization. I saw him twice in the ER. Not in his office.
