Doctor did not prescribe xeloda chemo pill for recurrence prevention even after residual disease was noted in 2023, 12/14/2022 the FDA relabled xeloda to help prevent recurrence. Now patient is in hospice care waiting to die.

I was diagnosed with basel skin cancer on my nose back in Dec. 2024. Went for what I thought was my surgery today. Was told that I would be called when they will take me in. Said it will be 4 weeks or so. Cancer grows and these geniuses want to wait 4 + months before doing surgery. I wonder how much damage will have happened between now and then. Please find another place for care. It appears that me losing my insurance and my employer refusing me light duty which just placed me on medicaid seemed to have changed my care of service.

This place is a joke, my dad has cancer in his throat, they finished his chemo treatments and had him ring the bell saying he finished and was done. Turns out they spread his cancer to his lungs (a Pittsburgh doctor whom he saw after had told him that) and now they can't do the surgery on the tumor in his throat and he is now doing hard core chemo. I'd never recommend anyone to bring their loved ones here.
