This is for the Pre-Surgical Clearance phone call and office staff only: I can never get anyone to actually answer the phone. The call back expectancy when you leave a message is 50% of the time and days later. My pre-op phone appointment was removed from my online chart and the time was changed from 7am to 3:30 pm. I was never notified. No phone call, no email, no text, and no message in the patient portal/mychart. Had I not called to confirm, I would have never known about the time change and would have missed the call completely. Since I am less than a week out, the procedure would have probably have to be canceled. I have two other medical documents with the originally scheduled call time of 7am. My confidence in this staff is completely gone. It will be a miracle if I am given the correct information of where to go for the procedure and what time to actually show up. Very, very sad.
