Abysmal ! Reporting dr godwin to State Medical Board tomorrow. He threatened me with involuntary psychiatric admission after I declined a totally unnecessary psych consult . I was there for Neurological issues for a well documented Chiari Malformation and retroflexed odontoid with crowding in the foranem magnum. How dare he threaten to have me committed!!!

Took my granddaughter to ER last night. The tech and nurse were rude. The medical team did nothing for her. NP looked at her ears and sad she had a virus. Then after waiting an hour discharged her and she was awake all night crying. I'm sure it cost several thousand of dollars for no medical care whatsoever I won't take her there again. Rather have a doctor not a nurse practitioner playing doctor

Is close to evil as a staff accused a 75 year old woman of slapping her. She the woman was not spoken to in appropriate way. First she didn't slap anyone not once nor twice They closed ranks and kicked out of services.

The staff are nice. THATS IT! the doctors and some nurses don't give a damn about why you're there and act like you are bugging them. I am a sick man (Cancer Survivor )and the last two times I went my blood pressure was 185/111. The young lady doctor didn't ask me anything. She told me I had high blood pressure. She just told me to cut down on salt. I told her I didn't eat salt but she said I did without really knowing. She told me to check with my doctor. She didn't ask me anything else. I had a splitting headache and had to take the papers and leave. I am sorry. I am not originally from WV. You guys are cursed with the worst health care I have witnessed in my entire life .

I had a colonoscopy here recently. All the nurses and doctors were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They made me feel at ease and safe. The procedure was done quickly and efficiently. Zero wait time checking in. They made me sure I knew what was happening and what the next steps were.
