Patient
Dr Whyte himself is great from every experience we have had and is a wonderful doctor, but his office and staff are very much the opposite. First off the rules, they *usually* deny patients family to go back with the patient no matter whether the patient has dementia or is a recovering stroke patient and has communication difficulties. Tbough some days and some patients they will let multiple family members back. They also *usually* enforce masks to all patients, which is fine I am pro forced vaccines myself. But some patients they don't require masks for and some patients they provide masks for while the rest are refused service if they dont have one. They also are really bad to change your appointments time and day without any prior notice and will still send you a reminder for your original time and date. Also they will tell you one day to go to the auxiliary building for ultrasounds only for then to tell you that you are not scheduled for a ultra sound or they don't want to do it in the auxiliary building and you have to go to the main building. I am a very patient person and have been dealing with this for over a year. If the rules and practices were consistent and without favoritism and needless sass from 1 of the employees it would be a pleasant place.
