This place is great. 3 yrs ago I lived in Washougal and brought my cat Mittens there to see Dr. Laukannen. She was great. Everyone there was attentive, friendly, and professional. We moved to the west-side.
My other cat has gotten sick. Rather than risk another encounter with a vet that has bad reviews, we are just going to make the drive. It is well worth it for peace of mind. Dr. Gilmartin is my other cat's vet and she is great. Follows up exactly when and how she says she would. They called two days in a row to make sure my cat was still doing okay. Good pet care is not always convenient. But it is worth it. I could have saved $200 by coming back instead of taking a chance with a mobile vet. Everything has been explained concisely. Very grateful.

We have been going to Orchard Hills for our pet car for over a decade and highly recommend. We had a dog for 14+ years and if you've ever had a senior dog you know that it can mean multiple vet visits including end of life care. Dr. Laukkanen and the entire staff were so caring and respectful during this time.
