My mom had knee replacement surgery at Peacehealth in November, and she had to stay few days here. The experience was horrible with nurses on floor #8. Worst night nursing staff ever. Nurses ignored patients. Mom called light on and had to wait more than 30 minutes for help to go the restroom. They showed up in the room very late, when my mom already peed in her pant. One time she couldn't wait and tried to go with the walker and fell on the floor. A very rude dayshift nurse Nancy that we can't forget. Anytime she came in the room with very rude attitude. My mom asked her help, she came in and said "you can walk yourself" . How could she go by herself when she just had knee surgery? If she could, she wouldn't have asked you. There are no excuses for rude nurses. They are in the caring profession. If you don't like to help patient, then don't be a nurse. Go change your career. "You wait til you have knee surgery and u walk yourself Nancy" There are many bad reviews about nurses here. I think this hospital needs to retrain all nurses. Other than that, I don't recommend this place. I feel bad for old people who go here and have to deal with these rude nurses.

Would be zero or negative if I could. Literally would never recommend the ER here. I was brought in via ambulance forced to sit in a wheelchair. After initial examination they left me in the waiting room, then after an hour brought to the CT. I sat in pain, crying and going into rigors. Only after asking the nurse I found out I was to receive an ultrasound. After multiple hours of crying I received 1 dose of pain treatment, and I was told I would be called next for a room, meanwhile and people came and went who were laughing and eating showing they clearly were not seriously ill. I never received treatment or help. My After 8 hours I left... still in pain, exhausted and again never helped. If you need actual help this is not the hospital for you.

These folks saved my life. I had a burst appendix and infection in my gut, showed up around 5pm, they did intake and triaged in about 45 min. They gave me some pain meds during triage, quickly proceeded to cat scan imaging and briefed me on the situation and warned me of risks. All the staff were kind and responsive to requests. My surgery lasted about an hour, I woke up and they told me how it went, and i recovered for a day and a half. Staff was well informed and attentive and very communicative with me and each other. I was impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. Great job everyone in tower 7 and trauma surgery, thank you thank you thank you!

Got an EKG done and then my breathing started getting bad could barely breathe yelled for nurse no one came so my girlfriend went to find someone and got told wait her turn go sit down. Then was told oh there's a nurse button in your room hit it 5-7 times nothing. Then some Asian lady working front desk came and got me for my chest X-ray ray was completely rude. I asked if she's ever had anything like this she said yes you'll get over it. And then was told after chest x ray would get a breathing treatment right after they sent me back out to lobby waiting an hour and a half couching wheezing all in lobby people were groomed out but staff just sat there. This ER is a joke. One of the worse ones I've been to in 31 years.

Had to come in for imaging. It was easy to park in this part of the building, but it's hard to find where you are supposed to check in. The info and suite number will not be correct. They have taped paper signs on doors to help you. Staff was kind and the technician was quick and proficient and explained everything that was being done. If you need to schedule an appointment, do not leave your number. You will not get a call back. Stay on the line if you can. Waits can be 14 to 30 minutes.
