My experience with their service has been disappointing. While their phone representatives come across as pleasant, my interactions with Kaiser have often left me frustrated. Basic tasks like obtaining a receipt can turn into time-consuming endeavors, requiring a substantial investment of 30 minutes to an hour. Regrettably, I've had to contact them multiple times due to errors with my prescriptions. Each call consumed a significant portion of my work day, lasting up to 45 minutes. An ongoing concern I've faced pertains to the delivery of medical supplies, particularly a box of needles shipped in an envelope. Despite my attempts to communicate the issue--being shipped in an envelope resulting in a crushed package--my feedback seems to go unnoticed within their system. I recall a particularly distressing incident when I anxiously awaited the results of an MRI report for a brain tumor. The process dragged on for months, as I was informed that only my doctor could tell me the results. However, upon reaching out to my doctor, he revealed that he had not received the report from Kaiser. Resolving this ordeal took an extensive amount of time and effort. These issues are just the tip of the iceberg. As my financial constraints limit my insurance options, I find myself stuck with Kaiser. If you're fortunate enough to have alternatives, I strongly urge you to thoroughly contemplate your choices before committing to their service.
