Very happy with my first appointment with Doctor Chen. After 4 months of issues and being told I had just anxiety by other doctors Dr Chen was able to diagnosis me instantly for POTS after talking to him and with a test. Thank you Dr Chen!

My husband, Terry Campbell saw Dr. Chen in regards to his problems with a very low heart rate. Dr. Chen told him it's OK, and to see him back in a year. Really? One of the medications Dr. Chen prescribed for my husband's hypertension has caused him to have a very low heart rate and he told him a few times about it but he dismissed it. I will find my husband another cardiologist. This is not right! He doesn't seem to take my husband's concern seriously.

I am so disappointed in this physician. I took my 82 year old mother to her appointment. She had a heart attack a few weeks ago, was released to a skilled nursing center to recoup further for a couple weeks. When I got to the appointment, Dr. Chen was not even aware she'd had a heart attack. He STILL rushed through the appointment ( 15 minutes with a recent elderly heart attack patient), even knowing this was new information to him. This, after we waited for over an hour, as he told us he was late because another patient had more serious issue!! I gave him paperwork the nursing facility sent with me and he didn't even scan any of it or look thru it.

I am so happy After my 1st visit with Dr. Chen, he took the time to thoroughly go through my medical history and carefully listened to my issues, he is NOT hard to understand, he made me feel seen and heard, he is LGBT friendly ( no side eye given) we talked about me being fat without judgment, I did not feel scolded, he explained what my symptoms suggest, and the tests he will use to determine what is wrong and went over the next steps we will take together. Thank you, Dr. Chen.

Speaks softly and with a heavy accent. I was concerned about weight gain related to medication. Presented to him a Mayo Clinic finding that a medication, which he had prescribed to me over a year ago, had rapid weight gain/unusual weight gain as common side effects. His reply was that it didn't and that I was fat because I was lazy, ate too much and didn't exercise. All of which we had never discussed before. So, if you like this sort of doctoring he's your man.
