I went in for a check up for migraines. I got charged my initial co pay fee which I paid before being seen by the doctor. I was then billed ONLY $25 for my EKG. Not a big bill by any means(maybe 4 trips to Starbucks). They submitted my bill to the wrong address so I was never aware of the total balance due. Instead of calling me to collect the $25 balance, they submitted me to collections. Once I finally got my mail, after it was already submitted to collections, they couldn't give me a straight answer on the total. I had to clarify the balance over 3x as they were going back and forth between whether or not I needed to pay the late fee or not. Needless to say, I would not recommend to my worst enemy.
