Patient
The most terrible awful experience happened here, I was turned away 3 times while in active labor, causing stress that led my delivery to be a medicated when planned to be unmedicated due to being's in active labor for 48 hours. They kept telling me I was only 4 1/2cm dilated and I was not an active labor which this is my seventh kid and I knew I was. I just always need a little Pitocin to help me get past. That being said, my friend was in the waiting room and overheard the nurse saying that they just had no beds. That's why they kept turning me away, this situation could have led to something way worse I'm glad that I went to good Samaritan and my care was their first priority. I wish I would've went there sooner. I would not recommend anybody going to labor and delivery here because they do not put peoples needs first. They did not hear anything I said and did not prioritize. What was in my best interest. Instead of just telling me, we don't have a room and referring me to another Hospital they just kept telling me I wasn't an active labor when I was. This hospital needs more beds or learn to communicate better so their patients are safe. Worst experience ever
