I brought my dad in for congestive heart failure, and Dr Jansen Was extremely kind sincere, honest and asked lots of questions. She spent over 45 minutes with us addressing my dad's needs and concerns answering all the questions that I had. She took the time to explain the procedure that my dad would need and made him feel at ease as well. She had excellent bedside manners. I would highly recommend Dr. Jansen to anybody and she deserves nothing less than 5 states! Thank you Dr.Jansen!

Love the doctor, hate the office. Have never encountered an office that does not respond to MyChart emails about symptoms, medications, basically anything. They also do not answer their phones. When requested to submit instructions to my husband's dentist so he could safely have a tooth pulled, they were so negligent in getting it done that they had to postpone/cancel his procedure. He has had to drive physically to their office in order to get an answer to questions. This is totally unacceptable patient care since he is a 70% disabled Vietnam veteran who can barely ambulate. We are looking for another cardiologist as this is totally unacceptable patient care. The office claims that "they are busy" and are swamped. Again, inappropriate patient care. He has been a patient since 2021. Very sad in today's medical community for care of the elderly.

Not very impressed. Can't get in to see an actual doctor for 6 months, Nurse practitioner is all you're going to get. Then doctor over rides the whole visit with the nurse practitioner, makes me question whether they're even in the right chart. Nurse in the office is short with you and rude. At least I'm not dying, or I'd already be dead after this horrible experience.
