Caring and competent with brilliant satellite facilities staffed by clinic doctors who travel so our kids don't have to. The center has an annual Valentine's "heart" parties for the kids as well as a medically staffed summer camp. There is on going training for staff as well as current cutting edge technology advances. They saved my sons life performing open heart surgery before he was 3 months old. I can't say enough wonderful things
My daughter originally had an appointment scheduled the day before Thanksgiving for an echocardiogram and to meet with the doctor. I received a phone call from the office saying that they forgot to schedule the echocardiogram and needed to reschedule. The only time open that was workable was today at 3 PM and so I took that spot. My dad was actually going to take her for me because I needed to work and I couldn't takeoff last minute. They called me yesterday to reschedule my appointment at 2 PM... No big deal. And then they just called me saying that the echocardiogram specialist didn't realize they were having a pediatric patient and so they needed to reschedule. Doctors offices charge their patients for no-shows and being late. We sure as hell deserve some kind of compensation for missing work because of their incompetency. Update: they called to reschedule. I will update the rating if all goes well. The Dr is great, but that is irrelevant if we cannot get in to see him
