Trying to call and ask a simple question. The first person speaks another language and talks so fast we struggled through 5 minutes of language barrier. The line was transferred and then I got a voice mail. After already being on the phone for 5 minutes, the last thing I want to do is repeat myself in a msg. All the information was already validated with the last person. IN HOPES that someone MIGHT get back to me? Like what the heck, This is the heart institute for gosh sake. Heart patients need to actually get through and speak with a HUMAN. Health care has just bottomed out. If you aren't private pay, you're lucky to live to be 80.
