Negative experience. Your receptionist with the blonde hair and glasses was rude to me. There was a mixup with my referral and payment method, embarrassing and not my fault. The receptionist attempting to do my check-in was pretty civil, but the other one had a shaming attitude that was just uncalled for. As if all that mattered is Providence getting paid, not me as a person and patient trying my best to work things out. Surprising you have someone like that at the front desk, when the techs themselves are professional and caring.
