The workers in the back were excellent! I think their names were Bill, and Brian. I can't remember Brian's assistant name but she was a sweetie! They took the time to educate and make sure we understood medications and the current health status. The front desk however I felt was not super polite. Short blond hair lady. She was very short with her responses, felt she was not very friendly. The lady that scheduled our next appointment at the check out desks was very nice however.

Brian Zaro is excellent. He really took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. I really trust him. I would love to give him 5 stars. I'm not however a fan of the MultiCare system. When I call, it takes days to get a response. Previously I needed surgery and when I called to schedule it, it took over a week for anyone to contact me. I was growing concerned that I wasn't calling the right place. It's really unnerving to have a health concern about your heart and not feel confident that it's going to be addressed. However, once they do call back they can usually get you in fairly quickly. Unfortunately since I am really struggling with not being able to get in touch with anyone, I am going to switch to a new cardiologist office. My decision is based only on the system- the people at this office are amazing and I really wish I could have more faith in their processes.

Very informative about what to expect next. Discontinued several meds and offered cardiac rehab when pneumonia is gone. Will definitely do that. Also asked him about being a representative at halftime for Gonzaga and the PULSE at halftime for a Bulldogs game. He said he would submit my name. The overall experience of all the cardiac doctors was excellent. Thank you for the caring procedures you all performed on me. James "Dennis" Goodwin

Brian Zaro is very knowledgeable, attentive and willing to listen. He talks to you not down at you. He takes the time to explain what test results are, what is happening & why, he explains all courses of treatment & what he believes is best. Most importantly he asks your opinion. I highly recommend Brian Zaro as a Cardiologist.
