They just care about the profits not your health. My issues: 1. About 2 years ago. The person at front desk who I gave my updated insurance info failed to update the system. A month later get a $2000 bill which then they send to collection. Even thou I told them to update my info and re bill thru insurance company. After yelling on phone a couple of times and pointed out who is really at fault for not getting payment, the collections calls stopped. They screee my credit... 2. They don't care about your health as they state. If they didn't gent wouldn't have dissolved a whole entire department of good doctors that was probably not maximizing profits. 3 they make assumptions and state inaccurate facts of why you missed an appointment. 4. All they care about is profits, I had been with the clinic for around 12 years. New "managemen" came in and ruined a really good place to have your health taken care of. Completely disappointed with their performance over the last 2 years. Looking for a new practice. Don't bother
