Kadlec Regional Medical Center

I had a very good experience while being treated in the Emergency department on 11/24/2025 the lady I checked in with! Treated me very well. The next one was doing a cardio gram on me and in a very nice caring way showed me how to calm myself down enough so she could do her work! The people who took over from there were very respect and helped me. I had a kidney stone and i hadn't ever experienced that kind of an intense pain before. As soon as i was seen they started working on my issue! Meds CT scan etc! The Rn's and Doctor involved were very knowledgeable and kind. Treated me with respect and put up with me. I am not an easy patient I cussed a lot. I would definitely recommend going theee to anyone needing emergency care. Five out of fevers stars. Plus a couple for the CT Scan lady.

My father recently had open heart surgery on expectedly at Kadlec. Unfortunately after the procedure his party went into shocked and he essentially had to be on life support and in the ICU. The staff in the ICU were amazing. He was there for 11 days before being moved to the step down floor for about 6 days. The nurses and staff there were also fantastic. They were super caring and attentive. One of the nurses from ICU even followed up with us in the step down unit to see his progress.

During my stay at Kadlec for cancer surgery my wife and I were treated like royalty. From the surgeons, administrators, and especially the nursing staff on the 4th floor surgery. The nurses were kind, courteous, compassionate, and their professionalism was outstanding. Thank You Everyone. Dan and Donna Henderson

Hopefully this is the right place- but I had an ultrasound this morning with Kaia and just wanted to say she was super nice. She explained everything she was doing and was very empathetic/accommodating. Just really great! For reasons, of course, I dont want to have to come back.. but if I do I hope its with Kaia again! Thanks for being so sweet.

I have never ever experienced a slower hospital. The Emergency Room is a joke and laughing stock when it comes to speed and structure. I would rather drive extra time to a different hospital and risk further issues then to have to sit in the waiting room for hours and hours with no one checking on you or seeing you beside your initial triage. We were transferred over to this hospital because the hospital we were at didn't have a ultrasound tech as we were in there for pregnancy complications. We arrived and sat in the ER waiting room for 2 hours tell a tech showed up we did imaging then had to go back to the waiting room where we sat there for 3 more hours tell we raised a big fuss and got seen by a doctor in the waiting room. We overheard the emergency room staff telling new patients that they were at a standstill and there was nothing they could do. Do not recommend for any emergency medical services.
