Kadlec Neuroscience Center

I go to this building often. 3rd floor cardiologist...exceptional clerical and nursing staff. Dr Gajjula is pleasant, caring, thorough and knowledgeable and I feel confident in his treatment of me. 2nd floor neurologist and infusionist. Tauni and Aimee both are great at what they do and Tauni goes beyond to help me get answers to problematic issues. 1st floor pain management--Dr Spencer is trying to help curtail my issues. The building is easy to get around and the parking lot sufficient with good handicap parking and doors. Elevator scares me at times, but hasn't failed yet Great people throughout 3 floors of business and it is evident in the clients that come in and leave with smiles on their faces. The care is top knotch!!!

As someone who has had 2 spine surgeries and is dealing with severe back/nerve pain it was insulting to be told to drive in almost 2 hours for a 10 minute chat on how they cant help because they don't care to hear the patient just go by what an MRI shows when what it really is was that surgeons dont care to assume risk from another prior surgeon. I dont personally enjoy living on pain meds. I want a life other then pain.

Was told they are a year out for new patient appointments. Tried calling to schedule, but they are horrible with returning calls and can never put me through to any one when I call. Going to have my referral changed. This place has horrible reviews and just from my littler interactions with them... the reviews seem to be true.

Dr. William C. Smith seemed like he was in a rush when I met with him on Thursday, 04/17/25. My appointment was supposed to start at 3, I wasn't called back until 3:13, and I was leaving the exam room at 3:28. Clinical notes were done by 3:30. Dr. Smith only addressed half of the issues that brought me in, the office didn't take my weight, blood pressure, blood oxygen or anything, despite it having been 7 months since the last time I was seen at a Kadlec facility. No data was taken, but they say that there was no change. There's a difference of -10 pounds between the weight Kadlec has on file and my current weight.

Doctor didn't even see me for more than 5 mins said it was either injections or pt when. I've been going to pt for ever it's obvious it's not working that's why I'm there seeing him. He seemed like he didn't care. I walked out crying sat in my car crying thinking this is how I'm suppose to live in pain.
