Patient
Dr Amy is nice. I thought I would get a follow up call, email or something, after the test results came in. An important missed opportunity for meaningful engagement and making sure I understand the test results. However, I received an email for this, that must be more important and a need for ratings. The nurse should work on the way she ask questions and how she communicates if there are certain responses she would like. For example: Are you getting a Pap smear? I responded, "I don't know." She responded, "It's a yes or no question." First of all, it's my first time appointment, I don't know what is planned for this visit. A better way to ask is, "Would you like a Pap smear done during this visit? Let's work on being intentional and practice thoughtful customer service.
