I have been a patient here for 6 years. During that time, my doctor is the I have had in years! She is not on a time crunch and takes her time to make sure all your concerns are addressed! All of the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! I love this clinic.
Renae (sorry about the spelling), was very nice and patient with me. She has always been professional and at the same time kind. Dr. Estrada is the best PCP that I've ever had, he is thorough and he helps me stay on track. I have so many co-morbidities that I can't believe that he is able to keep them all straight. The staff up front are friendly and great. They remember my name, which means a lot to me. I feel like I am in good hands with all the staff there.
The front desk personnel were all friendly and helpful. The lobby is clean and comfortable. I waited less than 5 minutes to be called back. The phlebotimist, Mary, was friendly and put me at ease. She hit the vein on the first try. I will definitely have all my lab work done at this location. The other location near the hospital is cramped and patients end up standing out in the hall waiting to be called. The receptionist is snippy and not helpful, not making eye contact or speaking except to tell me to fill out a blue slip. She may need a bacation.
It was nice clean and a lot of seating room. Meeting doctor Ravi-Kumar was a nice easy to talk to and she is really good at how to make me a new patient feel at ease when I really hate going to the doctors. I feel great but doctor advised that 50 I have a lot of testing needs to be done. Ok with her.
Dr.Kumar is the best Doctor I have ever had. She is very attentive and has amazing bed side manor. She remembers my family and asks about them. She truly listens and is very knowledgeable! I truly can't recommend her enough!
