First of all Dr Christian Hammer did a great job on my surgery. Not so much my after care team after they moved me to a private room. Put me in a private room with out offering me any food or water for almost 3 hours. Failed to call my wife after me calling the nurses desk 3 times to ask why they had not called my wife to let her know I was alright. All I got was we will get to it. Was out of surgery fo 4 and half hours upstairs in recovery doing well and still no food offered or something to drink. And still had not called my wife. I felt this was very unprofessional. If I could just rate after care team upstairs they would get zero, sergant dr hammer 5 stars and downstairs recovery team and surgical team excellent. So inconclusive all the staff eas great except for upstairs care team. And they shouldn't put a newby in with someone that just had major back surgical

Where do I even begin? 1st, the staff is great! But the actual facility? That's another story! Gross sums it up in 1 strong word. The ER is absolutely filthy! Anything that used to be clean, isn't. Dirt on everything! And the recliner chairs in some of the rooms? Broken! The nurse stated over half the chairs are broken. So you have ill patients crammed 2 to a room, they don't feel good and you add to the misery. And a discarded iv bag (obviously used) just left on the disgusting cabinet Obviously profit over humans. This place should be condemned! Once we got up to the clinic rooms on the 2nd floor? Pristine! I'll be following up with formal complaints as well as a call to the health department. Shame on you!

moved from Centralia Providence to Olympia St Peters hospital at 10:30 pm for cardiac care. I have been told numerous times the cardiologist will be here to see me within the HR or in 2 hrs . It's now 5 pm and still no cardiologist. know plan no communication deeply disappointed in the Olympia Cardiology department. Nurses are great and have been trying to communicate with them but nothing working. I requested they check me out but nothing happening there either . 19 hrs and counting defenetly going to file a complaint.

Specifically Dr Jacob Braun, was absolutely terrible when examining my 14 year old sister. Disregarding and downplaying everything my sister told him, only going based of our brothers word. As if there was no possible way she could know what going on in her own body. He then proceeded to "examine" her stomach to which even my brother noticed Dr Jacob Braun pushing unnecessarily hard into her stomach. when she asked for a female doctor, because she felt unheard and overall uncomfortable by him, she was told it would happen, it never did. The entire experience was terrible for her, as doctors do better because this experience has been exceedingly below par

I came here to give bad review and first thing I noticed was so did a lot of other people. My grandmother went to the hospital in August or September. Other than like crazy, currently missing older brother, I am the only blood relative. I was my grandmother's emergency contact. For about a week they were contacting me, then communication ended. Upon calling the hospital, my grandmother had been discharged and no one had any answers of who when or where for me. She also had not made it home, living at the firs, right across the street. Had to file a missing person report to find her.
