BEST experience at a doctor's office in ages, hands down. I was hopelessly desperate for a new patient exam anywhere after finding that my current multi-clinic providers office had not a single visit available and was scheduling 3 months out. After an acquaintance referred me to Loving Heart Clinic, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was scheduled an appointment only 4 days out, and the provider was very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, compassionate, and had a good sense of humor. What a breath of fresh air after being a patient of a large, corporate feeling clinic for so long...Dr. Joon even worked late to make sure to keep his commitment in providing exceptional care to me; a new patient whom could potentially never return, by sending, editing, and resending an important letter, messaging me to be sure I received it and that it was perfect. THIS should be the standard for every provider in this current age of medicine that unfortunately seems to be slowing regressing from an already struggling level of care.
