It is such a pain to get a hold of anyone on the phone on any given day at any given hour. I will be put on hold for 20-30 minutes just to speak to someone. This in itself is reason not to book with them. My doctor also messed up sending a referral to my insurance. It causes stress when medical providers don't follow-through with what they're tasked to do. I give two stars for when I'm actually there during a visit the staff are kind and helpful.
