I went there for my kids.I had a great experience! The appointment process was smooth, the wait time was short, and the entire staff was kind and professional. My doctor listened carefully and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend Kinwell to anyone looking for quality care in a clean, modern setting!

I've always had a great experience with Dr. DeeAnna Maughan as my primary care physician. She takes the time to really listen to all of my concerns and makes sure each issue is addressed thoroughly. I've always felt heard and cared for during my visits, and I truly appreciate her thoughtful and attentive approach to healthcare. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a supportive and reliable primary care doctor.

Kinwell sent my wife's standard health checkup claim to Regence Blueshield instead of Premera, causing claim to be rejected and my wife having to pay $400+. She has BCBS Illinois coverage and insurance provider said that kinwell made a mistake, they had to send claim to Premera. Getting a refund will be a big hassle now.

Dr. Kwok is amazing! She listened to my concerns about my physical health, wasn't dismissive (like all other providers seem to be nowadays) and got me the help I needed in a timely manner. I'm thrilled I've finally found a PCP who cares about the patients and is very knowledgeable about the medical field. She asked questions about my health on the first visit that other doctors have never asked, showing she is not only intelligent in her field, but also doesn't want to waste my time with unnecessary visits - a breath of fresh air! Alix, the mental health specialist, is also fantastic and I'm so grateful Alix was able to help me get started with my mental health journey. Alix was great at knowing exactly what I needed and is so caring/understanding about mental health concerns and is a great listener - I've already recommended Kinwell/Alix to several friends needing care due to Alix's compassion and quick thinking to solutions.

Had an appointment for Friday, my first appointment. They canceled 2 days before the appointment and said next appt was 2 more weeks away. Whoever said they cancel a lot was right.
