He does not deserve even one star! I am utterly appalled by the disgraceful experience my husband and I had with Dr. James M Lee, the so-called medical professional we visited for our annual checkup. Based on the glowing reviews we read, we expected a level of professionalism and care that was sorely lacking in this doctor. From the moment we walked into his office, it was clear that Dr. Lee had no regard for the well-being of his patients. Although we had two separate appointments, he visited us together in one appointment as if he had better things to do. But that was just the beginning of the nightmare. Imagine our shock when we received a whopping $300 bill for tests that he unilaterally ordered during our supposed "annual checkup." We went in for a routine checkup, not a battery of unnecessary and costly tests. It's obvious that this is the way Dr. Lee and his dysfunctional office operate - by racking up exorbitant charges without any consideration for the financial burden they place on patients. What's worse is that when we raised our concerns about the unexpected bill, there was not a hint of accountability or courtesy from Dr. Lee or his staff. They didn't even have the decency to offer an apology, let alone attempt to rectify their glaring mistake. It's clear that they have no interest in providing quality care or even basic customer service. I warn anyone considering visiting Dr. Lee to think twice. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews that may have led us astray. Save yourself the stress, financial burden, and frustration that we endured. There are countless other competent and ethical doctors out there who actually prioritize their patients' well-being over their own financial gain. This doctor and his office are a disgrace to the medical profession, and they have shown no remorse for their unethical behavior. Spare yourself the headache and heartache - stay far away from this doctor and his dysfunctional practice.
