By far the best hospital ER I've ever experienced. From the fast check in process, to the caring and knowledgeable triage nurses, the nurse who over saw my care. To the amazing doctor. Being a POC who are often mistreated, this was not the case. I had to bring my whole crew since I homeschool (3 kids ages 3,8,11) they didn't make me feel judged or an inconvenience. They gave activities to keep them Occupied best under these circumstances. Even laid a blanket for them to play on. I was shocked at the level or true care displayed. I can't say enough good things. Thank you GOD for these amazing humans! May you continue to guide and protect them. Their job isn't easy and nobody is perfect, but in my case this was the most perfect care I've experienced!

This is for Frank....on silver 3000's ICU during the week of 10/31-11/4+. This man was amazing. He was attentive, considerate, and even went above and beyond in my opinion. His care of my mom blew my mind. I've had good care... I've had great care.... But He treated her as if she were HIS mom. With the love and compassion a sick person needs to thrive. His amazing personality and openness put me at ease (and I'm not easily subdued when it comes to my mom) She hasn't really been wanting to eat...but the limited things she's been eating, he made sure to acquire a small supply. He listens to my dad and I... makes sure to answer us in terms we understand. He sees a person, not a patient. If you're in healthcare ,you'll understand that. Frank : 11/10

Evergreen Hospital Kirkland, take a bow. Twice in August my dad landed in their care, and both the ICU and 4th floor staff were beyond stellar. They listened, kept us laughing, and never left us in the dark. My dad--who's a total science guy with a million questions--got every one answered clearly and respectfully (Bravo ). These nurses juggle the hard stuff with heart, humor, and brains to spare. If hospitals had a Hall of Fame, Evergreen would be first ballot.

My 43 year old son was admitted to Evergreen with 10 fractured ribs. He had recently had suffered 2nd Anoxic Brain Injury due to dropping low blood sugar level. The Doctors, Nurses, CNA's, Social Workers and Sitters were all Phenomenal. My Son had to have a sitter because he kept getting out of bed. The Doctors on the 7th Floor and 5th Floor would call me and give me updates. They were so friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The Social Workers were great!! My Son had to stay for a long period of time due to the fact that he was waiting on placement to an Adult Family Home. Evergreen Hospital never made me feel like they just wanted to get rid of my son. It was the best experience we could have ever had at such a difficult time we were going through. . I am so thankful and grateful to everyone at Evergreen!!

So I went to the ER in monroe and I had told them everything I have done in the last week to them they had me to taken by ambulance to Kirkland for surgery. After my surgery everything was going great till the night shift came in and the nurse poped her head in and gave a dirty look and I got a bad feeling that something was going to go south and it did that nurse was the charge nurse on night shift on the 27th so 27th/28th she decided to lie to people and say I was doing drugs in my room she accused me of smoking methamphetamines. Now remember I have a camera pointed at me the whole time and there was no smoke in my room or nothing. The next thing I know there were security gards in my hospital ransacking my room telling me they were looking for drugs. Which they found nothing. They stole all my clothes and told me I couldn't have anymore guests so I asked for proof they could not provide proof I pointed at the camera and asked to see the video of me doing whatever drug they said I was doing they flat told me no I think it was because they knew they messed up by accusing me of something I didn't do. Because I did not feel safe there anymore they gave me a release when I got my prescriptions they gave oxytocin I thought that was weird since they accused me of doing methamphetamines in my room and turned around and prescribed me narcotics and kept trying to push them on while I was in the hospital. I came up positive on dope but I had told the ER doctor that I had used about 4 or 5 days before that and it was in my chart from the ER I mean why would I had admitted doing that if I was not being honest this one nurse turned the whole entire staff against me. If I had been doing those drugs why did I then about an hour after the incident I fall asleep? I'm trying to figure out if I was high on meth how would I have been asleep an hour later and when I got up to go to the bathroom the same nurse opened the door to the bathroom without knocking and looked at me like she was trying to catch me doing something that I haven't even done that happened twice. I thought the first time she was trying to catch a veiw of my private parts but she said it was to make sure I was safe. But no knock on the door and no privacy at all. That whole night staff should be fired or at the very least punished for falsely accusing me of something I did not do nor could they prove it absolutely despicable.
