A lot of the staff here seem confused on how to do even their basic job. I needed to schedule an ekg and the front desk had no idea how. I go in for the ekg and the doctor and nurse who takes your blood pressure, temp, weight etc. was also confused as to why i was there. I told both of them several times i need an ekg and referral to a cardiologist. Both just did not seem to understand for some reason and asked me the exact same questions multiple times. Can you guys not communicate??? Poorly trained staff.

(I don't typically review places) Doctors and nurse staff are amazing, it's the women at the front desk (most always sits on the far right primary care side behind the screen) she is so confrontational and rude, she butts in when not spoken too.

Personally I've had a great doctor. However it takes sometimes 4 weeks+ to get an appointment with your PCP. I've previously had poor experiences with others, but their phlebotomist is solid. Note for Evergreen health: PLEASE CLEAN YOUR LOBBY. All the chairs are stained brown and dirty. It's gross. Update: Spoke with Bailey, she was patient enough to listen to the concerns listed above in addition to others I did not have the time to document by review. She agreed they are concerning and that she will work to address them. Hopefully will see improvement. Therefore will increase my review from 3 to 4 stars. If the issues are resolved, I'll increase further.

I go to physical therapy there abd the therapists are amazing. If you need a hand specialist, ask for Julia.

I will never come here again. Urgent care staff and front desk staff are so rude. I was not informed that my doctor no longer worked there (I had a baby and did not need to see her as I was seeing my OB). The office did not let me know she wasn't there anymore until I called confused about why my prescription refills were not being taken care of at the pharmacy. I have been out of this medication for the last 4 days now and they basically said I need to make an appointment with a new PCP. APPOINTMENTS ARE SCHEDULED FOR 3-4 MONTHS OUT! I needed this medication like yesterday. I told the person on the phone (Loraine) that this is dangerous and I can't go that long without taking it. She basically said I don't really have a choice and I need to be seen by someone. I told her how when I don't have a PCP and urgent care won't fill the prescription either. I spoke with urgent care on Friday and the very rude woman on the phone told me that urgent care can't fill it even if I were to be seen.... Like what the hell? Even if it's an emergency? Horrible horrible horrible people.
