Swedish Issaquah Campus

I have had a baby here, my middle sister has had two here and now today my youngest sister is having her second here. The staff are amazing. Very caring and supportive. Everyone we have spoken to is so knowledgeable about everything as they should be. But sometimes not every birthing experience is a good one. Well done!!

I've had two babies here and the care has been great. From attentive nurses who were invested in my labor and care and cheered me on with genuine joy, to the providers who are professional and kind. Grateful to have been in their care.

This facility is so beautiful and open. And it doesn't feel busy except for a few offices. It feels like a hotel. The nurse had the best communication skills and kindly explained what to expect. Checking in was a breeze. Then they give you wrist band with your info on it like you're in the ER. There's a lot of art hidden around the building and plenty of natural lighting although they don't have a ton of nature. Everywhere was clean and well organized and didn't look out of date. I've heard coming to this emergency room is overpriced extremely. But all the visits I've had here to the offices my insurance covers no problem. They have a fireplace, a garden, plenty of places to walk around or find a cozy little quiet corner. I would recommend just bringing your own food and snacks or stopping by Starbucks because their Cafe hours are hit and miss and not full of many options. The cafe also has sandwiches for over $10 which is insane because it's a hospital and if you go to University of Washington sandwiches are under $4 for the same size and fresh quality.

The hospital is huge and beautiful! The staff, nurses, doctors, and pharmacists are all amazing--so professional and kind. I always feel well taken care of whenever I come here.

I am happy to my doctor and the smooth communication when I had a contact with them.(or too smooth) That is perfectly 5 stars. Why do I give them 3 stars is that I have some suspicion to them might be reporting or leaking the patients information , although they say not to without the concent.
