Friendly Staff! The entire team is great and really cares and listens to their patients. Shout out to Sarah (and Tom) who always have to deal with my immense fear of needles but are so good at what they do. Thank you!

It's rare for me to write reviews on Google because I don't want my name attached to them, but Overlake Primary Care in Issaquah is an exception. After some unnecessarily difficult and challenging experiences with Swedish I was hesitant to visit a medical professional for years. I was fortunate enough to meet with Devon Wagner who was the exact opposite of what my providers at Swedish were: courteous, attentive, and approaching health from a holistic lens. I was beyond satisfied with my physical with him, and the medical assistant Natalie was wonderful as well. The reception staff were great too... friendly, responsive, and efficient. Scheduling a couple of follow up appointments was a breeze. Very very pleased with Overlake and this location.

It's corporate medicine. They are only going to treat you as conservatively as they can based on thier legal departments guidelines. It's a terrible system. You are a product, a revenue source not a patient. Nice people , but people with thier hands tied.

Thanks to Dr. Nair who is amazing, patient and extremely caring I've loved not only my annual visits but also feel the experience is catered to me as a patient. No robotic questions and always tailored to our needs. Great job Dr.Nair and team.

Dr Le and his medical staff are very thoughtful kind and helpful. I strongly recommend him as a primary care provider as he listens gives advice provides feedback. Staff is accommodating and understands that not everyone is the same and requires the same needs.
