Pulse Heart Institute Cardiology Services - Gig Harbor

After getting testing done, this place drug their feet for OVER A MONTH to analyze and interpret my test results and share with my doctors office. That's a LONG time to hear back if something is wrong with your heart... My doctors office called multiple times after we heard nothing after 3 weeks, and apparently they couldn't even get their phone calls returned by anyone at the Pulse office.. Whoever manages this place should be fired.. that's honestly embarrassing to have your processes so poorly managed.

Dr Patel answered all my questions. He is very thorough. I felt very comfortable speaking with him.

The lady at the front desk of the Gig Harbor office was always on her phone watching movies. This seemed very unprofessional to me when I'm waiting to be helped. The website lacks information, namely operating hours of each office. Its almost impossible to talk to a live person when calling their number. You get stuck in a loop of "press x for more information or go back". The nurses were always very professional however.

SO unprofessional. The scheduling lady should be fired. She seemed legitimately happy that my insurance "denied" the procedure and this is after I had to call this place regularly for weeks to even get them to process my referral in the first place. All they care about is money first and service second.

The Worst. Zero stars ... they make you pick one Had an appointment for 24 hours monitor and after preparing to spend 24 hours on the monitor, they tell me they have no monitor, no technician and no doctor on site. Rescheduled for two days later and the tech shaves me, pours alcohol on the raw area, hooks up the monitor and THEN asks if I have a pacemaker. No instructions and I had to find out online to avoid my phone, my electric toothbrush, microwave oven etc. The Worst. And their Tacoma office is just as bad. Go somewhere else.
