Dr Sarah Peterson was the best "first visit" I have ever had. She walked in early, with a smile and happy disposition. What a wonderful way to start the day. I'm retired military and have seen MANY medical professionals. The front desk staff and the nurse were also professional, happy, and a pleasure. The visit was precise and complete. We set goals and made arrangements for the next visit. I look forward to Dr Sarah Peterson watching over my family. Thank you!!

My experiences with Ferndale Family Medical Center have been great. Every staff member I have encountered has been friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Peterson, my primary care doctor, listened carefully to my concerns and got me connected to other clinicians for specific needs. I would recommend this group without any reservations. I feel safe and well cared for in their hands.

Just changed to Ferndale medical and cannot be happier. I have Dr. Peterson as my primary care physician. When i called to change providers, the communication was great. When i arrived for my appointment, check in was efficient. They post if the doctors are on time! I was called back right in my scheduled time. The nurse documented what i wanted to address and let me know we were scheduled for a 30 minute appointment so we may not be able to address everything. Nice to set expectations up front! Wait for the doctor was minimal. We were able to easily address all of my concerns. Dr. Peterson was fantastic. Explained things in clear language and promptly sent off referrals and prescriptions. Happy i changed.

I just began seeing doctor nils schoultz. I have had a few different doctors over the years but this doctor there's something different and special about him. To many times I feel when taking with doctors it's like there some kind of God and it's impossible to level with them like another person and open up with your needs and just talk about what's best for myself. This doctor has the best attitude and sense of compassion and care that I have experienced with a doctor in a long time, if ever! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a doctor or unhappy with there doctor like I was mine too schedule a new patient visit with him. Even if you don't live close by! I hope to have him as my doctor as long as possible and I know this man truly cares about the people he treats! Thank you doctor schoultz for being an outstanding doctor! Dr. Troung is an AMAZING Doctor, he is so down to earth and really easy to talk with. I made a switch from having a long time Physician due to lack of Appointments and and not being able to reach my doctor's office when making a call. I was extremely nervous about making the switch, Once I had my first appointment, I was over the moon for making that decision.. At Family Care when making appointments the front desk staff are very nice, Holly went above and beyond to help answer my questions. Also when calling to schedule appointments your call is answered quickly and you do not have to wait weeks to be seen. I highly recommend being a patient at this fantastic Facility! 10 out of 10
