Swedish Mill Creek Campus

I went to the Swedish Mill Creek emergency room because I had a sore throat and was having a hard time breathing. From the moment I checked in, I was taken back within just a few minutes. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and cared for. Each one took my concerns seriously and validated how I was feeling, especially after not receiving the help I needed at another walk-in clinic. They took multiple swaps and tested for several things as well as an X-ray of my throat to ensure there was no blockage. I really appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and thorough care I received by everyone including Dr. Todd Bethel. I highly recommend this emergency room if you are not feeling well.

ER Customer Services are Terrible at Swedish Healthcare in Mill Creek!! They Do Not care about their patients! It's all about Greed & Making Money with them! If you have great Health Insurance, it does not matter! The ER Center will still make you Pay over $3,000 Out of Pocket for just entering the ER Building! Does Not cover your Lab work or your ER Doctor's bills! Rediculous!! Your $3,000 Payment in reality pays for practically Nothing! And your Bills are Due in 30 Days! Outrageous! And do not even get me started with their Billing Department! Rudest people on earth! They Do Not care about you whatsoever! Their Billing Customer Services are the Worst! They are Clueless & Mean. Do Not come to the ER Center at Swedish Healthcare, especially in Mill Creek! You will regret it. We did!

I had a very good experience at the Swedish Mill Creek ER. Everyone, from the Reception Staff, Nurses, CT Technician and Doctor, were all very pleasant and efficient. It was also very fast for an ER. There was mimimal waiting. I was in and out in just a couple of hours. I wanted to write a good review, after reading some of the bad ones. I had a great experience here and would recommend it for anyone needing ER services.

Went to ER couldnt swallow and my left shoulder pain was unbearable. Found an argumentive doctor who actually said and I quote " You have alot of complaints" I had a total of two, neither of them were even examined. Instead he ordered a blood panel which netted nothing and an xray of my chest, not my shoulder but my chest. This is my third visit to a swedish ER over the last couple of years and all have been a terrible experience and funny thing is the first two were the same doctor and he told me he did a terrible job on the 1st visit!!! If there was a lower rating than 1 star I would give it. 10,000$ is now owed by me and all three visits were not even helpful. Actually still have a hard time swallowing and my shoulder is in severe pain. $ 1800 physican fee for last visit, I could have had the janitor help me last time and atleast got an xray of my shoulder. I Will absolutely avoid Swedish in the future unless I get drug there. All the doctor wanted to do is argue with me and the other doctor admitted to terrible doctoring by him. I did appreciate the honesty however I am now saddled with a $300 a month bill for the next five years for terrible services. If you have options take the other options. No complaint department available so I turn here to warn others. I had two complaints and that was to many for him to adequately handle imagine if I had 3 or more almost laughable. Avoid there services if at all possible.

This hospital is hands down the worst place I have ever set foot in. I was in serious pain, desperate for help, and what did I get? Absolutely atrocious service that made me run out before even reaching the main ER. The admin lady was downright awful rude and nasty beyond belief. The triage nurse? She should seriously consider finding another job because her complete lack of empathy and care is disgusting. I went through the reviews and it's clear I'm not alone so many patients have been treated like subhumans here. It's beyond pathetic. Even my dog vet has better manners and compassion than these people. If you care about your health and dignity, stay the hell away from this place.!
