My visit with my provider was great. However, whatever has happened to the messaging system is terrible. My providers never see my messages or even hear about them. No personal care. All I needed was a referral and was met with a generic "come in for an Appointment" by someonewho has no idea who I am or my history??!!! I had already been in. My doctor knew I might need a referral. I explained this and heard nothing back. I wrote again. Never heard a thing!!! It is very ridiculous that my messages go into a pool...over in other clinics, not EVER seen or heard about by my doctor. This system is not working well for patients. We are blown off and or never even getting normal reasonable responses. Terrible all the way around. Patients are not cared for like we should be. Our messages HAVE TO REACH our doctors. PLEASE FIX THIS!!! Thank you!!

I continue to receive the highest quality of care at Providence. Dr Chow is my physician and has exceeded my expectations. He greets you for your appointment and is very thorough about going over your health records, and talking to you about any issues or concerns. Dr Chow and his team, are very responsive when I communicate through My Chart. My care continues to be the best. Thank you!

Excellent, helpful staff. They have provided top class care for me and my whole family. They are kind and thorough. Dr Chow, Victoria Buchanan, Lina Choe and Morgan Laird are all amazing. They take my concerns seriously and order the appropriate tests when needed to tick all the boxes. Dr. Mistry has been so good with my kids. Reading previous reviews, it's true that reception can be hit and miss. Normally, I don't have to wait but I waited about 7-10 minutes the last time I went in to check in. It was lunch time so I think a few staff were off. It would be a mistake to go elsewhere due to the receptionists. I've never found them rude...they're friendly and helpful for the most part.

When my 30+ year physician retired, I needed to find a new primary care physician. My sister recommended Stella Tanedo MD. Dr. Tanedo is a great doctor; she truly cares about me as a patient and listens to my concerns and questions. I never feel rushed. Her assistant Alan is also a wonderful assistant. Both are extremely knowledgeable. Only problem, it's hard to get an appointment that isn't a month out. Love Dr. Tanedo and Alan.

Dr. Rahman consistently provides a negative experience. She always seems like she would rather be anywhere than my appointment. I had an annual checkup yesterday, and I was in the room with her for less than 10 minutes before she rushed out and ended my appointment, without even providing a printed copy of my after-visit summary. The ENTIRE appointment was her lecturing me about my weight, telling me I'm obese, and need to eat less junk food and exercise more - based ONLY on my BMI, a metric that is largely acknowledged as inaccurate in the medical community. She pulled up my weight chart and pointed to how much I weighed when I was 18 years old, a teenager, and said I was doing really well there. I am now 26 years old, a grown adult woman. I would hope that as a female and as a doctor, she would understand women are NOT supposed to weigh the same as a teenager and as an adult. She should also know that muscle weighs more than fat, and weight gain can come from gaining muscle and that does not make someone obese just because an outdated metric says so. She did not order labs for bloodwork to actually evaluate whether my weight is causing health issues, as she said my bloodwork in 2022 was normal. I do not trust a doctor that is comfortable making broad assumptions about my health by only looking at my BMI, and NOTHING else. I sincerely hope this review gets to her or her higher ups, her bedside manner is appalling and unfortunately, this is not my first negative experience with her. If you are a woman, I strongly advise against seeing Dr. Rahman. It truly is a shame that I had this experience with a female healthcare provider. She should know better.
