I've been going to this doctor's office for a year or two now, and in the beginning, my experience was great, but overtime, the scheduling process has become pretty frustrating. Multiple times now, I've been told that the office would reach out to me to set up a follow up appointment. That has not happened once. My appointment requests in MyChart are frequently overlooked. And when I do call to set up the appointment myself, I have to wait nearly a month for a medication follow up (which is required in order for me to receive medication refills). Additionally, they are no longer offering virtual appointments. For me, this was a very important service as me and my partner both work 9-5 every weekday, and we share a car. Now, in order to get refills on my medication, I need to take PTO and Uber to the doctor's office every three months. All this is to say, if you take daily medication and convenience is a priority for you, I'd probably search elsewhere for a PCP.
