My doctor was late for an hour. I waited but had to leave. My insurance was billed for the full visit anyway, and, they did not refund my co-pay. This is not only unprofessional and unethical, but illegal

They're always running behind schedule, no respect for people's time. I've had to leave an appointment after being there for 2 hours. No privacy at check-in.

Not everybody has access to their portal or experience especially the elderly. I think it's ridiculous that you can't just call and schedule an appointment I physically have to show up at a clinic to get on the schedule they need to change something here it's not working

My previous appointment was canceled by the clinic because the Dr was out on the day of my scheduled visit. I arrived 20 minutes early and checked in online, 45 minutes later I gave them back their lab forms and let them know I would not be returning. Horrible organization in every sense of the word.

Very polite and caring people. My primary is hard to book with because she is so wonderful. Because of this, I saw a PA at a different peace health clinic who was less than kind and empathetic and had unrealistic return to work expectations. I couldn't get in for a follow up in a timely manner, so the receptionist mentioned this walk in clinic. My first thought was "I don't want to wait in a waiting room at urgent care." She said "oh no! It's not urgent care!" So I came, was seen right away and was not treated like a child trying to get out of a test, but an adult, fellow health care professional, with a legit health issue. I was shown kindness, empathy and understanding of my concerns. I will come back here if my primary doctor isn't available next time.
