Highline Medical Imaging

My mother was referred to highline medical imaging by her doctor for an X-ray on her ankle. It's been over a week since I brought her in and got the X-rays and they still have not sent anything to her doctor after multiple calls and fax from her doctor. This is beyond ridiculous she's in extreme pain while they take their sweet time.

Not a good experience! Will get imaging somewhere else.

I have never seen this before a person in line for over ten minutes and no one is helping him. I was in line after him All they do is talk on the phone or amongst themselves and just ignore people in line. Terrible place just look at the reviews. They should shut this place down along with the hospital. This state is a joke when it comes to health care, so many useless medical professionals I've ever come across.

This is THE WORST medical facility I have EVER had the displeasure of dealing with. If you need X-Rays, or anything, please take my word and go literally anywhere else. These people just don't want to work. Stock answers; "it'll take a minimum of 2 weeks" without providing options for expediting and zero empathy whatsoever. People are sick or injured and they just could not care less.

Kids and I Showed up at 4:05. Sign on door says they close at 5:30. No one in waiting room. 4:22 X-ray tech says he is done at 4:30 and can't do any more. Sends us to ER which doesn't have a big enough machine for our X-rays. ER Tells us to come back tomorrow. I ate up a 1/2 day picking my kids up early from school and driving across town in traffic. Will never go back.
